Biography

Dr. Pat Camp is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, at the University of British Columbia and is involved with the St. Paul’s Hospital Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic, which she founded in 1997.  Dr. Camp’s research is focused on three main themes:  

  1.  Indigenous lung health; 
  2. Respiratory-related health services delivery (diagnosis and treatment), 
  3. Pulmonary rehabilitation. 

She has expertise in community-based research methods, implementation science, and mixed methods and leads several projects related to health equity and lung health.
