Want to know what services and resources are available to you? Want basic tips and best practices for attracting research funding?
Navigating the Research Road Map: An introduction to resources and tips to guide your success, organized by the UBC Office of Research Services (ORS) and the Providence Health Care Research Institute, is part of UBC ORS’ outreach initiative to help researchers achieve success and excellence. All PHC researchers, research facilitators, project leaders, coordinators, lab technicians, trainees, post-docs, associate researchers are welcome.
This talk will cover the various services and resources available to attract funding, offer basic tips on how to speed up release of funds, compliance issues, external vs. internal funds, and best practices in the administration of funds. There will be an opportunity for Q&A.
